We are excited to announce that we have a new, state-of-the-art registration software! With RecDesk, citizens and customers have greater awareness of Parks and Rec’s programs and events, allowing the community to learn about everything we have to offer as they become available.

Our new RecDesk on-line platform for information, facilities, programming, events, scheduling, and updates, makes the registration process as easy as possible. By having this feature, our participants do not have to spend time over and over filling out the same forms or finding some time to come into the office to register.

Users can register directly from their phone or computer without any hassles, and securely submit payments for everything in just minutes. While online, you’ll be able to pay, check indoor and outdoor facility availability, complete forms electronically, view paid and outstanding invoices, and more!

You’ll also be able to manage the schedules of your household members all from one site! We’ll be going LIVE with RecDesk early July. Once live, you will be able to create your member profile or your family member profile and start getting involved!
