  • Credit Card / Debit Card / ACH / Pay by SMS, Digital Payments - $2.95 fee per transaction
• Non-Utility Billing Payments:
  • Credit Card / Debit Card / Pay by SMS, Digital Payments - 2.49% fee per transaction, or $1.00, whichever is greater.
  • ACH - $1.00 fee per transaction
