Public Forum Meeting | Tuesday, Sept 19th!
Our New Town Center Public Forum | Richton Park is Tuesday, September 19th at the Richton Park Library, 22310 Latonia Lane. Interested in learning about Richton Park's exclusive Town Center? Come Join the 2nd Public Forum and share your ideas for YOUR new Town Center September 19th from 5:30pm-7:30pm at the Richton Park Public Library! Give your input and help us create a thoroughly illustrious, but realistic plan for our Town Center. The plan will be developed with the community in a 12-month process anticipated to be completed by April, 2024. As valued members of the Richton Park community, your input in developing the new plan would be greatly appreciated! Please take the short survey online and you will automatically be entered in a weekly raffle to win a $50 visa gift card! Share ideas and get project updates online at the Richton Park Town Center Plan site. Take the survey HERE. With your input, the plan will find opportunities for new housing, public open spaces, trails, and commercial uses to create a vibrant new Town Center for Richton Park. New civic uses, including a new Village Hall campus, will also be considered. A greenway park along Butterfield Creek, a village green, trails, and other outdoor areas for community gathering are great possibilities for the area! These ideas were presented and received strong support at the First Public Forum on June 6th. We need your ideas and feedback as we develop the plan concepts this summer! Please email any suggestions to our consultants at ginkgo@ginkgoplanning.com to help us make a unique place for our Village.
