Rich Township High School District 227 is offering students an authentic, collaborative entrepreneurship experience with INCubatoredu. Students at Rich Township High School District 227 have the opportunity to journey through the entrepreneurial process with their own idea for a product or service. Entrepreneurs and business experts serve as volunteer coaches and mentors, guiding student teams through the Lean processes along with foundational business topics such as marketing and finance. In addition to the INCubatoredu program, the business, department at Rich Township High School District 227 will continue to provide management opportunities, more traditional business courses and hands-on experiences with BPA (Business Professionals of America) & DECA (Marketing Club). Rich Township High School District 227 business teacher Michael Archbold will teach the incubator course.

IncubatorEdu is a entrepreneurship class that allows students to create a product and or service while walking through the startup process as any real-world entrepreneur would. The success of the program is built on strong community relationships and community volunteers.
