Richton Park's New "SeeClickFix" Community Engagement AppTo create a better and stronger bond with residents, the Village has created a great tool to help Richton Park improve Community-Village responsiveness, transparency, trust, and communication.
Say there’s a broken sidewalk or pothole that needs fixing. A citizen/resident, online or using the SeeClickFix: Richton Park app will be able to report that, and other quality-of-life issues that require Village services.
With free SeeClickFix mobile app and web tools, Richton Park citizens will now be able to provide Village staff with pictures, videos, specific descriptions, and more - valuable information needed to get the job done efficiently. In addition, the SeeClickFix platform provides Village officials and staff with a centralized issue management system to manage issues from creation to resolution - engaging Richton Park citizens throughout the process.
The platforms not only allow citizens to report problems, but also to view, comment on, and vote to fix problems submitted by their neighbors. Citizens can even create their own “Point of Interest” areas to receive notifications about all the issues reported in their community, enabling them to follow the progress of all service requests - not just the ones they report.
The SeeClickFix: Richton Park app will be available for download on Android as well as Apple users. In addition to the mobile apps, citizens can send reports to the Village’s website at richtonpark.org and seeclickfix.com/login.
