The Village of Richton Park, in partnership with Family Christian Health Center, Caan Academy of Nursing, and Cook County Dept. of Public Health, is pleased to announce a Richton Park Vaccination Event to be held Friday, April 30th between 10am and 3pm at the Richton Park Community Center, 4455 Sauk Trail.
Advance registration is required online at bit.ly/3mDM9PW. When registering, you must use Voucher Code: EEAPTVQ7GGPYRU82. Please make sure to COMPLETELY checkout, and bring your voucher with you to your appointment.
This event will offer the first dose of the two-part Moderna vaccine.
Illinois residents age 18+ may pre-register.
