2020 Strategic Plan Participation & Focus Groups

The Deadline for Submissions is February 2nd @ 11:59pm. Please keep in mind that the Village is directly responsible for the following major services: police, fire, public works (streets, sidewalks, storm water management, water/sewer service, snow plowing, parkway trees), zoning and land use, and building permits and inspections. The Village is also responsible for popular events such as Fall Fest and Resident Appreciation Day, but it is not directly responsible for Library, Elementary, or High School programming.

The survey results will be posted on the Village website after review by the Village Board. It is anticipated that the draft strategic plan will be completed later this summer and then adopted at a Village Board Meeting and posted on the Village website.
